Data & security
- No patient data. The Service stores no protected health information (PHI) — only staffing plan structures, aggregate census counts, and account details (name, work email, role).
- Sign-in and authentication are handled by a dedicated managed authentication provider; payment details are processed by Stripe — full card numbers never touch our systems.
- Peer benchmarks are produced only from de-identified, pooled statistics. Individual staffing plans are never sold or shared.
- No IT work is required: nothing to install, no interfaces to your EHR, timekeeping, or scheduling systems.
