Privacy Policy

Effective July 7, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Hi-Res Health Ops, LLC collects, uses, and shares information when you use our tools and services.

1. Who We Are

Hi-Res Health Ops, LLC ("Hi-Res," "we," "us," or "our") provides operations tools for healthcare leaders, including the Nurse Staffing Tool (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. If you have questions, contact us at info@hi-reshealth.com.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

  • Account information — your name, email address, role or title, and organization, provided when you create an account or contact us. Sign-in and authentication are handled by our authentication provider.
  • Facility and staffing data — the plans, census levels, staffing ratios, shift structures, roles, snapshots, and related values you enter into the Service, as well as the healthcare facility information you associate with your account.
  • Payment information — when you purchase a paid plan, our payment processor collects and processes your payment details. We do not store full card numbers on our systems.
  • Usage information — technical details such as device and browser type, pages viewed, and actions taken, collected automatically to operate and improve the Service.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Service;
  • Create and manage your account and process transactions;
  • Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support;
  • Generate de-identified, aggregated benchmarks and analytics (see "Benchmark Aggregations" below);
  • Monitor, secure, and troubleshoot the Service; and
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

4. Benchmark Aggregations

A core feature of the Service is the ability to compare staffing plans against peer benchmarks. To make this possible, the staffing plans you create may be de-identified and combined with data from other organizations to produce aggregated benchmark statistics.

De-identified means we remove information that directly identifies you or your organization before your data is included in an aggregation. Benchmark outputs are presented as pooled statistics across many plans and are designed so that no individual organization's underlying plan can be singled out. We do not sell your individual staffing plans.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as follows:

  • Service providers — vendors who help us operate the Service (for example, authentication, payment processing, hosting, database, and email delivery), who may process information only on our behalf;
  • Aggregated or de-identified data — benchmark statistics that do not identify you or your organization, as described above;
  • Legal and safety — when required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of Hi-Res, our users, or others; and
  • Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this Privacy Policy.

6. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. De-identified and aggregated benchmark data may be retained after your account is closed because it no longer identifies you.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You can update your account details within the Service, and you may contact us at info@hi-reshealth.com to exercise any of these rights. We will respond consistent with applicable law.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for use by healthcare professionals and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised policy.

11. Contact Us

If you have questions or concerns about this Privacy Policy or our data practices, contact Hi-Res Health Ops, LLC at info@hi-reshealth.com.
